EXTRACT  FROM  "  LICENSE  CONDITIONS "

4. The Licensee shall -

(a) observe the provisions of  the International Convention  so far as  the said convention is

     capable of  being applied to wireless telegrams ;

(b) comply with such directions and regulations as may be given or made by the Director-   

     General from time to time ;

(c) provide for the working of the Station such certified operators as are required by the Rules ;

14. (1) The  Director-General  may be  noticed  in writing  but  without  assigning  any  reason  revoke  and  determine these presents at any time.
