ၾကီးၾကပ္မွုလုပ္ငန္းေကာ္မတီ သို့ တင္ျပ၍ သေဘာတူ ခြင့္ျပုခ်က္ ရယူရပါမည္။ ဆက္သြယ္ေရးမူ၀ါဒဆိုင္ရာ ၾကီးၾကပ္မႈ လုပ္ငန္းေကာ္မတီ အစည္းအေ၀း၏ သေဘာတူခြင့္ျပုခ်က္ျဖင့္ ဆက္သြယ္ေရးညြွန္ၾကားမွုဦးစီးဌာနမွ တင္သြင္းခြင့္ ေထာက္ခံခ်က္ ထုတ္ေပးပါသည္။ ယခုအ
ဌာနအဖြဲ႔စည္းပုံနွင့္ ၀န္ထမ္းအင္အား
ဆက္သြယ္ေရးညႊန္ၾကားမႈဦးစီးဌာန စတင္ဖြဲ႕စည္းတည္ေထာင္စဥ္ မူလဖြဲ႔စည္းပုံ အရ အဆင့္(၃)ဦးစီးဌာနျဖစ္ျပီး ခြင့္ျပဳအင္အားမွာအရာထမ္း
(၉) ဦး ၊ အမႈထမ္း (၄၀) ဦး စုစုေပါင္း (၄၉) ဦး ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ သို႔ေသာ္ ေျပာင္းလဲတိုးတက္လာေသာ ဆက္သြယ္ေရးနည္းပညာမ်ားအား ဥပ ေဒ နွင့္အညီ ထိန္းသိမ္းၾကီးၾကပ္နိုင္ရန္အတြက္ အဆင့္(၃) ဦးစီး ဌာနမွ အဆင့္ (၂) ဦးစီးဌာနသို႔ တိုးခ်ဲ႕ျပင္ဆင္ဖြဲ႔စည္းရန္လိုအပ္လာသ

The State Law and Order Restoration Council hereby enacts the following Law.
Chapter 1
Title and Definition
1. This Law shall be called the State-owned Economic Enterprises Law.

Posts and Telecommunications Department (PTD) is the Myanmar Telecom Regulator under the Ministry of Communications, Posts and Telegraphs. Basically, PTD's function as a regulator is to support the Ministry on its policy making functions and to provide regulatory and legal support to the Ministry.
The main duties and responsibilities of PTD include-
1) Supervises the operation of telecommunications and postal services
2) Supervising Certification Authorities
